Due to the June 1 resignation of this years elected Chapter President Mike Kovacs the current board of directors for the Windsor Chapter of APICS exercised their option under the chapter by-laws to appoint an individual to that position for the balance of the term.

The position was filled by a current board member which left a further vacancy on the board.  This occurred because our chapter by-laws also state that the position of President may only be filled by an individual who has successfully completed a prior full term on the board.
